Prairie Gardens is pleased to offer an immersive array of field trip offerings for Fall 2018 and Winter 2019. Here are the dates we offer our Self Guided Field Trips for the upcoming school year:

Instructions for Teachers
Step 1: Select your field trip programming type and any add-ons you wish to include in your field trip. All programs, add-ons and food add-ons are priced per person except Private Lunch Seating Area (priced per area), Campfire Picnic Sties (priced per area) and Additional Pumpkins (priced per pumpkin). Click “click to purchase or register” button.
Step 2: Fill out the form with your field trip information. If you need to update details later (number of students, add-ons, extra parents, etc.) we can updated the invoice accordingly. Click “proceed to payment option” button.
At the bottom of the next page select Invoice as your method of payment and click “proceed to finalize registration”.
Please note: This does not confirm your field trip date and time. We will review your request and contact you to confirm your field trip, at the email address you provide in the “Teacher’s Email” form field. Please do not pay your Invoice until your field trip is confirmed.
Invoices can be paid prior to your visit to the farm, at the time of your field trip, or after your visit to Prairie Gardens. Your invoice must be paid in full, no later than 30 days after the date of your visit to the farm.
We require a minimum fee of $200 per field trip booking. If your total is less than $200, we will adjust the invoice to accordingly once your field trip is confirmed.
