Come join the over 1 million guests that have visited our farm! Gather your friends and family and head out to the country for a relaxing and fun day trip into Edmonton's Countryside.

Spring Events (April-May)

Hop! Easter Fest.  Easter Long Weekend Good Friday to Hol. Monday.
The Easter Bunny is visiting the farm for an egg hunt! Hop in your car and head out for a hoppin’ fun day with folk music, easter crafts, Earth Day workshops, bunnies and baby chicks!

Mother’s Day Garden Party on Mother’s Day.
Take Mom back in time this Mother’s Day for a 19th century-style buffet brunch.  Sample French Canadian favorites -  Pea Soup, Potato & Bacon Quiche, Baked French Toast, Tourtière Meat  Pies, Sucre à la Crème on White Cake & more.  Guests also can enjoy country jazz, games, trackless train rides, and the new ‘moms’ at the petting farm with adorable baby lambs and bunnies!  Reservations and tickets required.

Victoria Day Tea – Victoria Day
Join us for a high Victorian Tea amongst the blooms with Special Guest- “Queen P” with lessons in serving Victorian tea. Bring smiles and cameras! Reservations required.

Weekday Summer Adventure Programs (May - JuNE - July)

Ideal for Moms' & Tots!  Come for a weekday expedition to the farm to visit the baby animals, get some outdoor play time, and connect with other Moms on the farm.  Special WEEKDAY Pricing in Effect!  Only $5 per person.

Canada Day Kids Fest!  Canada Day Long Weekend. ADMISSION APPLIES
Grab your cowboy hat, and bring the kids to a real Canadian on-farm festival complete with Canada Day fun, puppets, a wild west ghost town,  wagon rides, gem mining and more!

Red Hat Chapters.  Make a resevation for your group to join us for a delectable strawberry fare brunch, folk-jazz entertainment, and enjoy the harvest from our summer berry fields!

Fall (August - September)

Fairy-Berry Festival August Long Weekend (Sat- Hol. Monday).
Sprinkle a bit of magic and whimsy into this corn maze adventure to the farm! Fairies, pirates, fairy-strawberries, shortcake, folk music and the Great Maze opens this weekend!

Corn Fest Labor Day Long Weekend (Sat-Hol Monday) .
Corn Fest celebrates sweet corn on the farm with our own fresh Alberta corn on the cob, steamed the old fashioned way! Get hands-on with corn dolls, corn stalks, corn mazeways, bunnies, potato diggin’ and wagon rides!

Fall-o-Ween’ Harvest Fest Last 2 weekends of September.
There’s no place quite like our Fall-o-Ween Fest to take in the tastes, sights and aromas of the fall season! Complete with decorative displays, interactive events for kids, new Adventure Farm Fun, musical entertainment, farm babies and a harvest market!  It’s sure to be an experience the whole family will enjoy!  .

Sturgeon County Bounty Opens Haunted Pumpkin Fest.
A celebration of the 50 mile diet, with real food, grown real local, right here in Sturgeon County.  Come meet the producers, chefs, and caterers to sample Sturgeon County’s bounty.  > More Info...

Halloween (Entire month of October)

Haunted Pumpkin FestivalEvery October Weekend.
Celebrate pumpkin harvest & family Halloween! There’s an infamous pumpkin cannon (really!), FREE scarecrow making, pumpkins galore, live music, mimes, mazes, theatre, animals and wagon rides.  Includes Thanksgiving Monday.  Ends Oct 31th.

December > Christmas

A Prairie Christmas - Last 2 weekends before Christmas 

It's a quieter, gentle time at the farm with fun indoor & outdoor activites for youngsters who still BELIEVE IN SANTA!  Theres a indoor snow ball fort, fox & goose trails in the snow, bale maze, and train rides on the Polar Express, free family photos with Santa Claus, shadow puppetry, and Christmas stories with Mrs. C.  Ends Dec 23.

Young at Heart Seniors Adventure Daytrips  May – October.
Bring your seniors group back to the farm for some good ole’ fashioned home cookin’, local history, gardening, gem mining and petting farm.   

Company Picnics and Retreats  May – October.
Wagon rides, farm tours, picnic tables, guided team-building retreats, catered food services offering regional cuisine  and customized programs for company and family outings.

Bilingual Garden Walking Tours   July – August.
Herb Garden Tea Tours, operate daily from 10 am -12:30 pm  by reservation.  Enjoy Yerba Mate teas, scones and an orientation on herbs, edible flowers and a visit to the gift shop! (French or Spanish).

Family Night at the Maze - Saturday Evenings September-October.
Flashlight adventures by moonlight every Saturday night. Book a campfire site and have a hotdog & marshmallow roast. (Available for private group functions by reservation Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings).

Birthday Parties for Children, Tweens, Teens and even for Retirement Get-togethers!
Gather friends and family around the campfire, roast some marshmallows and have some fun!
Themes: Train, Cowboys, Princess, Fairies  and Halloween Parties.
