Greenhouses and Garden Centre

In the Spring, enjoy gardening in Alberta with hardy perennials, fruit and shade trees, and landscape with shrubs and proven winner flowers from the charming countryside greenhouses and garden centre in the spring. 

Join CTV Gardening expert, Tam Andersen for Prairie Gardens gardening workshops, and the annual Prairie Gardens’ Spring Garden Party.

 

Gift Shop and Trick or Treat Cabin Shop for unique countryside gifts, lovely patio gardens, while the kids enjoy the petting farm, play areas, and picnic sites.  Red Hat gifts, fall garden fashions, and kids fun abound in our quaint gift shop.

U-Pick Berry Farm Summer brings U-Pick Strawberries in July, with pick-your-own family fun, and day camps -Strawberry Farm Safaris. The season runs from around July 15th to August 10th. The peak of the season picking usually runs the third week of July. On the long weekend of August, we hold the Fairy Berry Festival  - a celebration of the end of berry season's sweetest berries and the Grand Opening of the Great Prairie Corn Maze.  Wagon rides, petting farm, enchanted forest, puppet show, kids games, sack races, Kids Corny Mini-Mazes, a Hampton Court Bale Maze and kids games like the Dragon's Den of Antiquites, make for an enchanted adventure.
