Celebrate Mother’s Day at Prairie Gardens with flowers, delicate finger foods, earthly delights, sweet treats, free crafts and petting farm for the kids. Enjoy live jazz music entertainment by the Keith Remple Trio on Sunday from 11:00am-3:00 pm.
Come join us - there's plenty of tips for gardening in the subzero zone where winters are long, and summers are short! Fun with mom includes a U-Snap Photo at the Old Thyme Photo Parlour, a train ride around the farm on the brand new Prairie Gardens Express! Rupert the Clown will be zooming around with balloony flowers for the kids!
Portable Gardens Planting Palooza!
Dig in on spring amidst gorgeous blossoms with gardening tips for growing portable Veggie "Bucket Gardens" with the help of our master basket creator, Pat Neilsen.
The children frolic in the sunshine, plant posies and hug the spring lambs. On hand are Edmonton hardy trees and shrubs, unusual perennials, unique & beautiful container gardens, fruit trees, and flowers are on display and for sale in the greenhouses and garden centre.
