How Much Does It Cost?
- The packages include farm admission for up to 15 children and up to 15 adults at no extra cost.

Includes an evening Flashlight Adventure into the Corn Maze and a campfire site with firewood, roasting sticks, and picnic tables. 2 adult chaperones are FREE!. Available Wednesday - Saturday by reservation from 3:30 - 9:30 pm with up to 5 hours at campsite. Gates close at 10 pm. Prices are + GST.

Prairie Gardens Express Train Party
All aboard the birthday express - our trackless train! It’s a ride perfect for everyone from young kids to adults who will love riding the trackless train as it chugs around (no tracks) taking them for a ride. Fun and creative farm activities, crafts, and farm games will get you to your destination on time and on track! Young boys aged three through eight especially oy this train party.

Captain Hook’s Pirate / Fairy Party
What kid (boy or girl) doesn't love loot? A pirate / fairy party complete with a "Pirates Pull", bale maze, Croc at the playground, with Captain hook accessories or fairy wands to complete the swashbuckling fun festivities! Sprinkle a bit of magic and whimsy into your child's next birthday with these creative fairy party ideas will have all your guests feeling like they’ve finally reached never-never-land! Boys & girls aged three through twelve will fall for the fun and charm of fairies and pirates.

Teens Flashlight Maze & Bonfire Birthday Outing (Available Saturday Nights Only August to October)
‘Tween’ and Teen birthday party ideas can be challenging since they need to be fun for both parents and teenagers! For the coolest party ever - a bonfire is sure to get the fun crackling! After dusk the Haunted House, Wagon Ride & solving the Maze by Flashlight is where the fun is at! Roasting hotdogs and marshmallows* will sure to be a hit! Best for: Tweens and teens ages 10 and up! *Extra fees apply or BYOF. Please Note: Activities that require tokens are available from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Flashlight maze begins at dusk, with last ride to the maze at 9:00pm.

Friends & Family Halloween Party
Gather friends and family to gather around the campfire, roast some marshmallows, and enjoy the "Mother of All Pumpkin Festivals" at our farm this October!
Meet your favorite strolling characters, including "Amnosia" the witch, shoot a pumpkin from a cannon, solve the maze, and scream through the haunted house, go for a wagon ride, pan for gems at the Lost Lemon Mine, giggle through a and enjoy a hot dog roast around the campfire!
Available Haunted Pumpkin Fest weekends in October 10am-5pm.

Please call ahead to 780.921.2272 to reserve your party date! A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required with your reservation.
Cancellations must be received in writing up to 1 week prior to birthday party date.
What's Included?
The party takes place in a private group use area which has 15 campfire sites, each with 1 picnic table and a trash receptacle. You have a private Reservation for a Bonfire Site for 2.5 hours. (Firewood & Roasting Forks are included - we'll start your fire for you. A minimum of 2 people must stay with the lit campfire at all times.) The following is included:
What Else is There to Do?
Young and old alike will enjoy the farm bale art scenes, the Ghost Town of "Boo"n Accord, and the brand new Lost Lemon Mine. Additional activities which are available until 6 pm that are not included in admission require a token to participate:
Activities that require 2 tokens:
· Fishin' Pond (Everyone catches a prize)
· Pirate's Pull (Pull a Pirate's Treasure)
· Gem / Arrowhead Craft or Pumpkin Painting (Take home a mini pumpkin after you decorate it on October Weekends)
Activities that require 4 or more tokens:
· Pumpkin Cannon (4) (October weekends)
· Gem Mining (Kids Pail of Ore - 4 Tokens, Medium Pail 8 tokens, Family Pail 12 tokens)
· Photo Parlour (4x6 photo - 4 tokens; 8x10 photo - 10 tokens)
What About Food?
Order a Campfire Hot Dog Picnic Pack – Delivered to your site. All you have to bring is the cake! Picnic packs are $40 and come complete with one dozen uncooked wieners, hot dog buns, marshmallows, condiments, drinks, and bags of potato chips. Napkins, plates and forks are provided for your birthday cake! Must be pre-ordered and prepaid. Add an extra Dozen Hot Dogs & Buns for $18
BYO Picnics: Are allowed at private use Campfire Sites only with a birthday party package reservation. Outside Food is not allowed in Concessions area.

Cancellation Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your birthday party, or a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your campfire site reservation. If it is raining or snowing four hours before your event at Prairie Gardens Adventure Farm, your group may call in to re-schedule.
If weather conditions are generally poor but not raining you may call to re-schedule. If you need to cancel on the day of the event, you may ask to receive Prairie Gardens & Adventure Farm Admission Passes in exchange for your campfire fee or schedule a date for the 2012 season.
A word about weather: In Alberta, it can be chilly or rainy in the morning, but sunny in the afternoon - perfect weather for campfires. That is why we go ahead with most campfires even when the day starts poorly. Sometimes rain does continue for the entire day and those are the days that we encourage you to re-schedule.
If you need to cancel a reservation for other reasons, a full refund of the campfire site fee will be refunded if the cancellation is made 7 days before the event date.
