- Kids Corn Mazes (July 30 – Sept) – a 10 minute maze that easy & fun for kids!
|1. Pirate’s Cove Kids Zone
A special area just for our smaller guests, Pirate’s Cove offers a shady area with play structures, slides, & an old fashioned tree swing!
|2. Great Prairie Corn Maze – World’s largest interactive game! Pit your wits to solve the riddle of this 5km long Edmonton maze.|
|3. Kids Corn Maze – A little overwhelmed by the sheer size of the giant corn maze? Just for kids – a 10 minute maze –within the giant maze (go to the right for the entrance!|
|4. Minotaur Kidz Maze Just past the petting farm, you’ll find a 15 minute maze along the edge of the pond! You can’t get lost for too long!|
|5. Kids Petting Farm Come meet and feed the Pygmy Goats and other farm animals in our Petting Farm.|
|6. Outpost General Store. There’s tons of surprises, a miniature train, and some local history and local artisans wares to explore and buy.|
|7. Scarecrow Band – An animatronic band that strums unusual farm instruments all year!|
|8. Snowball Fort! Join in for a ‘snowball’ fight anytime of year!|
|9. Goat Walk – Look up! There’s Goats on the Roof! Snap a photo! It’s not every day you see this!|
|10. Tractor & Wagon Ride Free old fashioned transportation around the farm back and forth to the Giant Corn Maze!|
|11. Haunted Farm House If you dare! Creep in the door and scream through the Haunted House – the creaks and groans are real!|
|12. Straw-bale Mazes These 5 minute mazes are fun for the Lil’ ones! Or try it blindfolded for extra challenge!|
|13. Flashlight Maze Adventures It’s way more fun in the dark! Sizzle your senses and pit your wits to solve the Great Prairie Corn Maze with a flashlight!|
|14. Chick & Cluck Ville A favourite here at Prairie Gardens & Adventure Farm! Watch the hens and chicks dash about their paddock!|
|15. Bunnyville It’s a miniature community rabbit warren.|
|16. Basil the Parrot Come say hello to the most talkative bird on the farm! Some of his favs: Hello, how are you, Basil? Go Away! Love Me? Dinner!|

|18. Bunny Hutches Peek into the bunny hutches – there are lots of baby bunnies!|

|20. Sheep Paddocks Baa! Baa! Kids will love the baby lambs at Easter, and Ewe will love feeding the sheep. Baa! Baa!|
|21. Fresh Country Sunshine Feel the sunshine on your shoulders and breathe some fresh country air, take a stroll,It’s not about ‘screen time’ on the farm!|
|22. Where’s Waldo? Find the Squirrels -When you least expect it! Catch a photo with our resident squirrels as they hop from branch to branch!|
|23. Garden Centre Stroll through the greenhouses to enjoy the unique & beautiful container gardens, & herb planters. In June, the hummingbirds a buzz in for blossom nectar.|
|24. Blossoms & Fall Colors Enjoy the fragrance of spring blossoms, summer flower beds and brilliance of fall leaves around the farm.|
|25. Prospector’s Nook Come learn about the cool fossils &minerals you’ll find at the Lost Lemon Mine Gem Sluice.|
|26. Market Garden – Come learn about how food grows as you stroll through the gardens! Or pay as you pick for U-Pick peas, strawberries and potatoes during the summer.|
|27. Pumpkin Patches (Sept-Oct) We grow 7 acres of pumpkins on the farm, & over 40 varieties. In Sept we hand harvest them and bring them indoors for October.|
|28. Face Painting – check in at the Outpost General Store for a free mini-face painting! Or go for a full face – for a small fee.|
29. Old Thyme Photo Parlour – Dress up for a free U-Take Family Photo & Enter our Photo contest for a Seasons Family Pass!
|30. Visit the Kid’s Emporium – you’ll find games, toys, and treats to buy!|
31. Boo’n Accord Train Station…learn about the history of Bon Accord while you enjoy a festival treat!
|32. Bale Mountain – Come climbing – you never know when you’re making a memory!|
33. Farm Festivals -Every long weekend and all of October, we offer special themed family festivals on the farm. Come join us for live folk music, face painting, seasonal kids’ crafts, strolling characters, and good ole’ fashioned farm fun from Easter to Halloween.
34. Pumpkin Cannon – Supports a great cause and is likely your families one & only chance to shoot a pumpkin at a pirate ship! (Really!) Small fee.

36. Athabasca Landing Trail and Nature Walk
Take a stroll through the natural parkland forest trail along our property. In 1886, this was part of the trail the klondike gold rush traveled!

|39. Crab Apple Trail
Blossoms in the spring, shady trail in the summer, sample a sweet rescue crab or a pucker-power Siberian crab apple in the fall.

Lend a ear – and peel a cob! Way too much fun to shoot corn cobs! Small Fee.
42. Who’s Bones?
Become a CSI to investigate. Is it dinosaur, animal, rock, petrified wood? Try your hand at this skill!
|43. Rubber Duck Races – One of the many group interactive fun activities. Pick a chute and pump away. First rubber duck to the bottom wins!|
44.Giant Chess & Checkers Game. One of the many group interactive fun activities for any age.
|45. Scarecrow & Cornstalk Puppet Shows (Festivals weekends) Kids love these 15 minute musical productions featuring Sneaky the Fox, the Little Red Hen & others.|
|46. Free Make & Take Fall Scarecrows (Sept – Oct). You’ll have a white sack (head) you were given at admissions! The clothes and straw are supplied at the Make & Take Scarecrow Pavilion to make a real scarecrow to take home! Or dress up as some and come on over!|
|47. Campfire’s are great family fun at Prairie Gardens & Adventure Farm! Inquire about reserving a site. Small fee.|
